Everything is sent as a tracked parcel, to your letterbox, a service point, a parcel locker or your door. You see the options and the price for your address at the checkout.
How we ship
Everything is sent as a tracked parcel, and you get a tracking link by email when the parcel has left us. The price depends on the address and the size of the parcel: smaller prints fit in your letterbox, larger ones go to a service point, a parcel locker or your door. The options are shown with prices at the checkout once you have entered your address.
We ship from Öjersjö, just outside Gothenburg, anywhere in Sweden, but at present not to other countries.
Delivery times
The times count from payment. Delivery then normally takes 1 to 3 working days, whether the parcel is going to Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö or a smaller town. Goods made to order are sent within 14 days at the latest. If anything is delayed, we let you know.
Damage in transit
If the parcel or its contents were damaged in transit, report it to us as soon as possible. If you can, photograph the parcel and the contents before you throw away the packaging, then contact us and we will handle the contact with the carrier. There is more in the terms of sale.
